Midtown Terrace

Midtown terrace is a San Francisco neighborhood of detached, single family homes built on the western slope of Twin Peaks.  The neighborhood gets its name from the fact that it sits in the geographic center of the City and its streets are terraced down the western slope.  The terracing sets aside green space between the streets and many of the streets have homes on only one side, giving the neighborhood a woodsy, suburban feel.

The neighborhood is safe, quiet and has access to many great walking trails including Twin Peaks, Sutro Tower and Sutro Forest.  In addition, while it is a “driving” neighborhood, many of SF’s iconic neighborhoods are less than 5 minutes away including Cole Valley, West Portal, the Castro, 9th and Irving and Noe Valley.  The area is also served by Muni.

In 2023, 20 homes were sold at an average sale price of  $1.5 million.

Forest Knolls

Forest Knolls, nestled within San Francisco’s Inner Sunset, offers a unique blend of urban living and natural beauty. This neighborhood, situated on the southwestern side of Mount Sutro, boasts fully detached homes with stunning views of either the San Francisco Bay or the Pacific Ocean.

With a population of approximately 3,238 residents, Forest Knolls provides a tranquil atmosphere for those who call it home. Whether you’re drawn to the scenic vistas, proximity to the UCSF campus, or the dense urban feel, this neighborhood captures the essence of San Francisco living.
